Get To Know Your Account Features

You’ve landed on this blog post because you’re one of two people. You are either:

  1. Considering becoming a new user of Notary Hub

    OR

  2. You have just completed your registration with Notary Hub and you’re ready to learn more about all the features your new NH account offers.

Let’s dive in, shall we?

1. Secure Digital Signature & Secure Digital Stamp

Good news – if you found this blog post after registering for your Notary Hub account, you likely have already created both your Secure Digital Signature and Secure Digital Stamp.

Your secure Digital Signature and Secure Digital Stamp are key components of your RON-irization super powers when conducting signing sessions. Digital notary stamps and signatures, like traditional stamps and seals, are used to verify that a RON transaction has been completed in accordance with state requirements. These tools are stored within your Notary Hub account and are accessible with a click inside a live session.

2. Your own distinct storefront URL you can share with constituents

Skip the back and forth and send clients directly to your Notary Hub landing page by sharing your unique URL. This allows clients the ability to book signing sessions with you directly – eliminating the hassle and streamlining the scheduling process.

Pro tip: Get the most out of your unique Notary Hub URL & market your services by sharing your link on social media, including it in your email signature, or even turning it into a QR code for your business cards and printable marketing materials.

3. 24x7 access to the remote notary platform

WFH? Nope, try WFAA (that stands for Work From Anywhere Anytime)

4. Scheduling features

No phone calls, texts, emails or physical calendars needed. Let your clients select from your available dates and times to book signing sessions via your unique Notary Hub URL.

5. Device adaptability

Nhub’s RON’s are not locked down to one specific device to perform a session. Internet connection is all you need!

6. Live video and audio during signing sessions & live document editing during signing sessions

Just like an in-person signing session, but digital. Sorry guys, no “camera off” option for these sessions. In order for a remote online notary session to be valid there needs to be both live video and audio components. All signing sessions are recorded and saved for 10 years (wow!) and are available upon request.

7. Optional document sync between all parties

8. Digital notary journal

9. Multi-party signings

10. Customizable notifications of new signing requests

11. Customizable notary blocks that you can re-use across signings
