Rapid Pay accelerates payment timing compared to standard payout cycles. You will get an ACH every Friday for all completed signings from the prior Saturday through Sunday. This reduces your payment timing from ~ 30 days to ~ 7 days.

Eligible CloseClear subscribers receive a text message and platform notification for available assignments in their area 10 minutes before non-subscribers are notified.

No. Priority Access gives you earlier visibility into available assignments, not guaranteed volume. Total assignment volume depends on client demand in your area.

$5 per standard notarization (3 or fewer stamps). $9 per complex notarization (4 or more stamps). These prices apply to all subscribers and are below what most competing RON platforms charge. This allows you to maximize your income and drive your business!

There is no free trial, but your first month includes a free RON signing valued at $10, and breakeven on the subscription is typically 1–2 completed signings per month. If the subscription doesn't pay for itself in your market, cancel anytime.

Cancel anytime from your account portal or by replying to any subscription email. Your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period you've paid for, then ends. Your Notary Hub storefront goes offline. Any in-progress RON transactions complete normally. You remain on the a360 notary network as a non-subscriber and your work history and account stay intact.

In order to complete RON signings, you need to be RON certified in your state. Notary Hub will walk you through all the steps to obtain your endorsement in our intuitive onboarding process. We will walk you through every step. If you're not yet RON-certified, your subscription still gives you Rapid Pay, Priority Access, and the storefront with the ability to add RON later by completing your state's certification.

Subscribers have access to a priority support queue staffed during business hours (Mon–Fri, 6am–6pm PST).
